What is Yang Style 24 Short Form?

There are numerous styles of Tai Chi. Yang style refers to family lineage from which this style of Tai Chi originated, beginning with Yang Lu Chan (1799-1872) as the founder.

Yang style 24 short form refers to a simplified version of Tai Chi, consisting of 24 moving sequences. It is designed to be easier for beginners to learn and practice.

  • Consists of gentle, continually flowing, relaxed, slow, circular movements within the structure of a form.
